Some spas have only a 1 year warranty and still have no problem years later.

However, when problems do occur, we can help : Fault finding and diagnostics - over the telephone or a call out, if the part required is not on board, then the call out charge is deducted from the cost of the second visit. Parts service and replacement - most are held in stock or can be obtained within 24 hours.

Chemicals and accessories - spa chemicals, replacement filters, rigid covers and other expendable items are carried in stock - delivered/sent within 24 hours.

Warranty

7 YEARS ON SHELL INTEGRITY -
Spaform UK warrants the spa (fibreglass structure only) against water loss due to defects on the spa shell for a period of 7 years.

1 YEAR ON SHELL SURFACE -
Spaform UK warrants the interior surface of the spa against blistering, cracking, discolour or de-lamination for a period of 1 year.

UP TO 3 YEARS ON EQUIPMENT - Spaform UK warrants the spa's electrical equipment components - specifically the pump(s) for 3 years. Heater, ozone and control systems against malfunction due to defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year and blowers for 2 years.

1 YEAR ON PLUMBING - Spaform UK warrants the factory-installed plumbing components not to leak for a period of 1 year. This warranty specifically covers leaks from jet fittings, internal plumbing, internal glue joints and hoses.

Extended Warranty

Putting your mind at ease by giving your spa a thorough annual service (including new filter cartridges) and providing your spa with a lifetime guarantee (ask for terms and conditions). You can also benefit from a discount off FI-Clor chemicals, spa essentials and accessories.
